7364 Hollywood Blvd Apartments review: Beware of paper thin walls. You will hear everything from your neighbors from their tvs, furniture moving, dogs barking, sneezing, etc. I am able to hear tv shows crystal clear through the tile wall in my bathroom even. Advertises and shows apartments once they receive notice from their tenants but let them change their mind at any point of the process. We were showed an apartment after tenants gave their notice, we applied, after that they asked for the deposit fee and then once we were handing it over we were told the tenants weren’t sure of moving anymore and needed 2 weeks to figure it out.
