They have so much false advertising; 1) they’re not luxurious at all 2) wheelchair accessible is a laugh as they have torn up my sidewalk and have not replaced it or fixed it or anything for the last month. it’s a safety hazard that’s like they’re just asking for a lawsuit.
I am writing this review to state that Raymond Guan is very professional and he helped me out immensely on a phone call. Even though he does not live in the city where my apartment is, he helped me out in every professional way possible. I was in a state of stress and he was not just professional but it seems as though he is skilled in problem-solving and de-escalation management.
