I have worked with RCM Management Co for many years and many of my concerns or request have fallen on deaf ears. The Management company does not seem well organized as a business entity and the customer service is extremely poor. RCM does not take responsibility for issues and become argumentative when they are asked questions that only they have the answers to. I would not recommend this business to manage your property.
