Never had a problem with disrespect nor language. My sister had been using services since they were a home based garage years ago and never a hint of disrespect. I myself have always been treated well, problems thoroughly explained, done quickly and prices were extremely reasonable. Sounds to me as if there is perhaps a smear campaign going on here. They are a bunch of racist and sexist men, they scream the n word constantly I went and asked them to stop nicely and the said its a free country and they don't give an f!!! Don't go here they don't deserve your money!
