This place is awesome! From the extremely kind and friendly customer service I received over the phone, to the technician who came out same day! They provided amazing, knowledgeable service while also giving me great tips for the future to ensure my home is running in great condition. Can’t recommend them enough!
YOU NEED TO USE THIS COMPANY! I’m blown away by the customer service and experience. My water heater went out this morning and after I called RCI, I had someone at my door in AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! Terry and Joe are the guys who did the work and they were GREAT! They were knowledgeable, explained exactly what’s going on and what they’re going to do, and were so punctual and professional.
