This place is joke to deal with. I have called about the hoa fees. Called 3 weeks in row to get no answer. Called again today to get answer about the hoa fees. But Anjanette Frye was rude disrespectful not will to help just loud mouth that she is the president. Who care if your the president. I’m paying for hoa and you’re getting pay out of it. Please take your business to different companies.

I don't recommend these people for anything unless they pick and choose who's higher on the priority list since I've lived at Huffman Hill it has went all the way down hill with these people the homeowners are not doing there part as they rent there condos ,then they tell yiu call and blame it all on RCF ,to me passing the buck is a compa y who hires the cheapest lawn care the cheapest snow removal the cheapest any and everything I just about broke my back these people do not help at all it's not safe either at Huffman Hill ... read more

Do not use this company. They are very unprofessional. They came to speak to me and the women kept looking at her watch and rolling her eyes. I asked if she was who I spoke to in the phone she stated no I’m her boss. Like I was suppose to be impressed. I was not. They serve nasty emails. For 8 years I have put bird feeders up. Then they say no. It’s not just no it’s 7 days to take them down or 50 dollars a day until you do. Seriously. After 8 years and nothing said.
