Rusty, Autumn, and the team were excellent start to finish. I really appreciated their professionalism and their work is beautiful. There was a manufacturer issue and they got it taken care of no sweat.
We purchased an older house, with one window that appears to have been forgotten when they remodeled. Outside sounds, smells and everything else seemed to have access to our room (spiders). We chose replace it but every place seemed insanely priced and so-so reviews. I went to Reddit and saw glowing recommendations. RCF did a great job with making some much needed repairs to a previous window installation (different installer) and furnishing and installing a new door. When the first installation of the door needed a second visit to get everything just right (we probably wouldn't have noticed but they did), it was an easy fix. Everything was well communicated and well documented. Thanks for the great work!
Was recommended to RCF by a close friend / realtor. After scheduling, completing a walk though, and getting quotes, it was clear that RCF is who we wanted to go with. On install day RCF made it a quick and painless process with replacement of 3 larger windows and a glass slider. It’s been roughly 6 months since install. They did a great job replacing a window and a door on our house. They were super friendly, did excellent work, and were happy to answer all my questions to make sure I got the result I was looking for. I would absolutely use them again!
