RCC did some outside waterproofing under my deck in my backyard. Mauro (sales) assured me that I was in good hands. RCC contract stated that they would fix cut joists with joist hangers. They didn't repair the joists so instead they gave me a credit of $300. After calling some contractors, to fix the joists it will cost over $1000. We just had exterior waterproofing done by RCC. Our sales consultant Mauro was excellent. Anthony Jr and his crew came and despite the heat had the work done and everything cleaned up within 2 days as promised.
I never post reviews but Anthony and crew were so amazing I felt obligated to post this review. I do most of my own renovations so I watched the guys all day and their attention to detail was great. From the start to clean up I was very impressed. It was a smooth process starting with Mauro and his timely estimate. Thank you RCC
I have used RCC Waterproofing for fixing basement wall water leaks in 2 different houses in the last 30 years and I haven’t regretted it. They continue to provide the best possible service at the best possible price. Had a bad water leak in the basement. Called RCC, Mauro came for the examination and gave us an estimation. He was courteous and was able to explain to us the issue we experienced. After waiting for the stated period, got a call from the office saying that the work could be started. The next day, Crew-Esburn arrived early in the morning.
