Daniel was very professional. He explained every aspect of the installation, how it will be done , reasons for each step which must be taken, the final outcome, which is peace of mind, in knowing that all will be well in the future function of the installation. A pleasure to work with - communication was quick and quality of work was thorough. We had mold growing on one of the basement walls and the RCC team was able to quickly schedule us in, cleaned everything up and left it spotless. They also discovered that we had cracks in the foundation, which we will have RCC repair as well. Their service is honest and reliable; we wouldn’t go anywhere else and would definitely recommend RCC.
Used them for an outside repair of a foundation crack. Was very happy with them, from the sales gentlemen who came to the workers that did the job. All went well and they arrived on time and cleanup afterwards was great. Would recommend for sure.
Excellent service. Work done early because they had a slot open in their schedule. Polite staff on site. Excellent clean up at the end of every day. Good price.
Great Experience with RCC waterproofing, they coordinated our work wonderfully with our next door neighbour's basement work work so it was done at the same time! Lachante, Nicholas, and Jeffery were very professional to deal with and the crew got both our wall and our neighbour's wall done in one day, and the distrubance to our side yards was much less than we expected. Great work!
