Irresponsible business, not dependable or honest I had RCC Sprinkler do my winterization last October of 2010. This spring I turned on the system and found the pump unit had a large crack in it due to improper draining on their part. Called the owner(Rory), left msg, he did get back to me. I exxplained my situation and he stated he would come up to the house the following Sunday.
