Worst experience ever. I am only giving them one star because I couldn't go less. On 29.5.24 I had the most incompetent RCC assessor attend my property as part of a Commbank / Hollards insurance claim. The tenants left my colorbond gate twisted, bent and damaged. Even the posts were bent which I advised the assessor was so significant that I believed it was caused by a car.
