I would not wish this company on my worst enemy.
So easy to work with, and their tradies were professional and very supportive, post-cyclone. For disaster assessment & repair work, I couldn't fault their service and expertise.
Zero communication with us and tried to get everyone except home owners to sign documents. Very shady and lazy.
Steer clear of RCC National! Like others that have made a review, I also had water damage between Xmas & New Year. We are now half way through May & the builders finally came today to do the skirting boards. After being assured numerous times that the additional cracks in the wall were going to be addressed, it hasn’t happened.
