Very reliable and has very good pricing. He went above and beyond what was expected of him, and helped me out in a pinch because my inspection happened to fall on a holiday weekend. He is very responsive and will work till you have everything you need.
Ron did a home inspection at my soon to be home. He was AMAZING; very thorough job and knowledgeable. It was great and I called a ton of people and his prices were the best around. We got his email with the inspection the next day and a week later he sent a binder with the home inspection report. It was overall just a great experience. My fiance and I would definitely go back to him if we had to go through this again.
We had a home inspection with Ron and he was very thorough and attentive. We received the inspection paperwork soon after in email and then got a great binder in the mail. We will definitely be requesting his services again and will refer him to others. He went above and beyond.
I had an inspection done a couple of weeks ago by Ron and had 2 other people with me who said that was the most thorough they have ever seen a home inspection. He was extremely friendly and professional, knowledgeable, & took his time. I received an email with results very shortly after and just received a huge binder in the mail from him with the results, photos, and a huge amount of home owner information that's great esp. for first time buyers like ourselves! Would definitely recommend to a friend!
