This is the worst Management Company I have ever dealt with. I’ve never felt more unsafe in my own home. Robert came to my apartment unannounced, banged on my door violently for over a minute, and yelled, “You need to open this door!” I was so terrified I was shaking. RCA Management has been managing our property since before I purchased my condo in 2018. Robert Arnone and his staff are always engaged and responsive to the needs of the residents and property. He has guided us through some difficult situations and challenges. As a recent addition to our condo board, I’ve benefited from his broad knowledge and experience that have been very helpful and educational.
