Pretty helpful, had a problem with a heli and they let me try the suspected part out in the store before purchase to make sure it wasn't another component causing the problem. The store is huge and most of their prices are identical to Amazon so there are many good deals to be had while also supporting your LHS.
Big supporter of this local RC shop...great guys and usually always have my parts in stock.
