Austin is awesome! I had problems with my Inspire 1 drone. DJI wanted me to send it in for repair but the turn around would be 12 weeks. I called RC works and they told me to come on in and they would take a look. Less than 24hrs later then had my drone up and running. Thank you Austin for the GREAT work and costumer service.
Walter and his crew are always willing and able to find any part i need. Walter has been a very good person to work with. I love this store.
