I purchased an 18' enclosed trailer from this place in 2018. I just replaced the tires and found I have three 15" rims/tires and one 14" rim/tire. I also have issues with the rear door latch not latching properly. Found several other issues with it as well. There seems to be no quality control at this place. I suggest buying a trailer from somewhere else.
I had a trailer door that needed replaced under warranty. I talked to Patrick and he was fantastic. He replied to all my emails and calls in a very timely manner, usually immediately and kept me updated on the progress of my replacement door. The service could not have been better! My trailer has over 8000 loaded miles in 3 years with no mechanical problems. Thanks Patrick.
Bought this trailer brand new in 2019 been fighting via email since. Went from get a quote. To its covid there's nothing we can do right now. This trailer was bought to tow expensive high end bikes and cars. I cannot use it due to the fact it leaks water. It's completely rusting thru out the whole trailer. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY. Complete waste of money.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else they were over a month late on delivering the trailer. They screwed it up majorly yeah just save yourself some headache and go buy a trailer somewhere else and have absolute terrible customer service lied multiple times about when the trailer is going to be done
We picked up a 24' race trailer from a dealer and the wheel fell completely off after about 400 miles. None of the other lugs were tightened to the proper torque. I can't get anyone to answer the warranty email. Happy trailers did send a new wheel and tire and Dexter axle sent new hub assembly. But trying to even talk with RC trailer about warranty work is impossible.
