I purchased a 12 by 6 RC Trailer from a seller in Michigan made from this company they welded the rear leaf spring hangers horizontally in resulting the right side completely breaking off from frame . I contacted Jeff the Supervisor with detailed pictures of damage and he has no integrity and no respect for customers never heard no response in over a week LOL not surprised after reading all these bad reviews . I had a trailer door that needed replaced under warranty. I talked to Patrick and he was fantastic. He replied to all my emails and calls in a very timely manner, usually immediately and kept me updated on the progress of my replacement door. The service could not have been better! My trailer has over 8000 loaded miles in 3 years with no mechanical problems. Thanks Patrick.
Trailer didn't even make it home without siding coming apart at seams. The back door spring was wound too tight causing door to retract on it's own and bust hinges. Couldn't get Jeff Holmes to call back after many tries. Heather Deeds in warranty hung up on me!!!
Bought this trailer brand new in 2019 been fighting via email since. Went from get a quote. To its covid there's nothing we can do right now. This trailer was bought to tow expensive high end bikes and cars. I cannot use it due to the fact it leaks water. It's completely rusting thru out the whole trailer. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY. Complete waste of money.
I purchased an 18' enclosed trailer from this place in 2018. I just replaced the tires and found I have three 15" rims/tires and one 14" rim/tire. I also have issues with the rear door latch not latching properly. Found several other issues with it as well. There seems to be no quality control at this place. I suggest buying a trailer from somewhere else.
