RecommendedBest towing experience I have ever had! Only company within 100 miles of where we broke down, that would come pick up our light duty truck and our gooseneck loaded with horses. They went a step further to then help us find a rodeo grounds to get the horses to AND dropped the trailer there. Nicest people to top it off! Wish I could give them more stars!
I have dealt with RC Towing for years and they are honest and willing to go the extra mile to help out. I've used them several times when my car has broken down and I'd use them again. I've always been treated fairly by them.
5 stars RC Towing was responsive and timely in my request to have my vehicle towed from Provo to BC. Other companies in the Provo area wouldn’t even consider it. Thanks for a great job👍
Cameron was a rockstar! I couldn’t have asked for a more kind and professional person to help me today. My Xterra’s service engine light came on. He loaded the truck up, helped me get my dog inside the wrecker and off we went to Clearfield. While I hope I don’t need a towing service any time soon, I would certainly call them again if I did. Thank you.
We blew a tire on our trailer, headed to Labor Day festivities. Of course we couldn't figure how to get the spare off. Austin worked, for more than an hour but finally succeeded. He and Royce had us back on the road in minutes! Cannot thank them enough!!
Tow truck driver called my wife a jackass and a liar. Called my daughter stupid for wrecking in the snow. Complained about having to risk his life for idiots. My wife and daughter were not getting paid to get in the car wreck and cost us thousands of dollars. Not really something they wanted. He was getting paid to do it, and then acted like a total jerk. I can't believe a business that treats people this way would survive. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Thanks for ruining a really fun accident. Nobody could suck more.
A towing company that prey on others miseries also represent the lowest common denominator of human existence. These guys are the biggest crooks.They made the worst experience for us a living hell. I hope that some day they will be placed in the same situation of being in a wreck, in and out of the emergency room, and harassed by a towing company like we were. Don't call and interrupt their night out or you may not get your car. Shame on you.
