Despite reaching out to Bob Friedman, the main broker, regarding one of his direct listings at his firm, R.C. Realty, I never heard back from him and had to move on. Firm claims 'expertise, experience, and reliability', however, I experienced none of these. I find this unprofessional and recommend to others to look elsewhere for a reliable broker.
