RC has been doing concrete work for me for years and I couldn’t be happier. Ryan and his crew are always on time, communicate well during the job, and always leave the property better than they found it. I understand that no one controls the weather but Ryan always keeps me informed if there are going to be delays; and he and his crew work hard to keep on schedule. Do yourself a favor and contact RC Property Works next time you need any concrete or hard scape work done!

They came to fix sidewalks at a senior complex just after there was a BRAND NEW parking lot put in. After they were done the clean up was aweful! Mud and dirty stalls, you can't see freshly painted stall markings...the owner of the company was the one responsible for the clean up. The workers and owner were seen texting and talking on phones in the middle of a job..I can't believe they're in business. Other things I saw that I just can't say here, but a random test should be enforced. I have video to prove it...

they were 6 weeks late. made us pay full price for something they messed up on twice. backed i to one of our trees with their tractor. the concrete dried to fast and they had to rip it all up. then stained one side one color and stained the other side a different color. after that we called multiple times and were ignored. once we got a call back they stained our patio the wrong color. for all of the issues they were responsible for they are making us pay for.

Ryan and his crew provide side walk and parking lot snow removal and ice melter services on our properties. You can rely upon them to be timely and to do a thorough job. We have contracted with them for about 10 years now, and I would recommend them highly to any property manager whose first concern is public safety.
