At your peril, hire this guy. Completely ghosted the job his very first time he was supposed to do it. Several hours after the time he said he'd be on site and there was no contact by him, I reached out to him. He said he was "running behind" and wouldn't be there. My dogs had been locked up all day because I wanted him to have an easy, no pressure experience for the first visit. On time, very communicative, very professional and hard working to maintain our pool and jacuzzi in a beautiful, clean condition.
R.C. Pool & Spa is reliable, competent, and highly professional. I am glad that Travis is taking care of my pool. Most of the time I am not at my home, but my pool and fountain gets excellent service. My pool turned green as it was neglected by my previous pool guy. Travis took care of it. He's wonderful! Travis has been servicing my pool and spa for almost 4 years now. He is very professional, responsive and always shows up on the scheduled day. He is very knowledgeable and does his job well. My Pool is always sparkling and I am very happy to highly recommend him.
Unfortunately our long time pool guy passed away and our pool was unattended for a couple months. It was pure green and look disgusting. My husband went on a search for a pool guy and thankfully he found RC pool and spa. Our pool was back to normal in no time! Look no further and hire this pool cleaning company. He is also very good with dogs. Our little Frenchi just loves him.
