I asked for warm water to soak my fingers and received cold water. Then the manicurist argued with me regarding my polish and continually informed me that my arms and hands were in the wrong place. She threatened not to repair my nails because I had my hands in the wrong place. I've had many manicures in Rochester, and this was the worst experience.

Jenny and Kim are the best. I will not go anywhere else for my pedicures

I have been coming to RC Nails ever since 2017 and I have never left feeling disappointed. Kim and her girls are all so friendly and kind and they take their time to make sure your nails look pretty. I also struggle with my big toes where the nail likes to curve in and grows into an ingrown situation which is annoying. Now that I got it fixed I don't have such a hard time and I just keep it maintained. When I go there, I'm offered a soda if it's summer and in the fall and winter months I have gotten hot chocolate to sip on w... read more
