I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I spoke with a sales associate and specifically scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM to view a vehicle. Based on that conversation, I drove over two hours to the dealership, wasted gas, and took time away from work. When I arrived, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold earlier that morning. This is the second time in this dealer has screwed me and constantly lied! I bought my truck from this dealer and paid almost $5000 for an extended warranty! 9 days they have had my truck, I was told it was in for repair after 4 days then the next day it suddenly didn’t make it in and the mechanic assigned wasn’t in!
