I made an appointment for an oil change and new brakes 2 1/2 weeks ahead of time. My car was taken in promptly at 8 and they knew I was in the waiting room but it still took 3.5 hours just to get a diagnostic. I was then told I couldn't get my car back until 2:30. Open heart surgery takes less time. I was given a 10% discount. I don't know what's going on at this place but this is the second time I've had to wait over three hours for a very basic service.
