Between myself and my husband, we have had good and unfortunately, some horrible experiences purchasing a vehicles. This was by far the best experience we could have ever imagined!! A great buying experience... I told Don - my salesman, that I didn't want to waste time... we went in Friday for like 1 hour and filled out the paperwork.... When we came back Monday, it was probably only about an hour - out the door... I'd say that's a pretty good for a car buying experience! Update: I needed my first oil change and they offered their consierge service to pick up & drop off the vehicle. Outstanding service. ...more to follow...
