Really great and friendly staff! Helped me pick out the right setup for my needs! The gentleman helping me was very friendly and understood where I was coming from and helped me out when I was becoming a difficult customer to deal with! Highly recommend this place! And also has a wide variety of parts and accessories to choose from! Pricing is very good and the customer support is class A.
These guys are awesome. I called them on the phone yesterday and was given excellent help in my search for a part for my guy’s train. They didn’t have the part or access to it, but because of them I think we’ve got it now!! Thank you.
Was in Huntsville for a RC Boat Time Trials a few weeks ago. I was having a terrible time with my radio. Eric went above and beyond to fix my signal issues. He hooked me up with a new radio at a very fair price which was not the problem. He then took me and my radios directly to Futuba to have them checked. My problem still existed after all the running and testing on Friday. Saturday morning I was ready to throw in the towel and go home (Missouri). Theses guys are great ....I bought a torrent 110 and Dxe spectrum remote and they happily help me get flying......I love this place
they do have everything you need rc related under one roof,, but staff is not friendly..unless your spending atleast $300, they don't care about you..
Great store!! I have many of my family's cars here. Most of our money in this hobby is spent here.
