Found a good deal on an Outlander Sport here and purchased. Running great. Steve was helpful and nice.
We had a great experience here, Scott was super nice, never pushy to make a sale which I really appreciate when car shopping. He answered all our questions and we ended up getting the car we initially wanted even after looking for other options in other places because we didn’t only loved the car but Scott’s and everyone’s service there as well. I would definitely recommend and if I need to look for any other cars in the future I would go to RC Hill Mitsubishi-Ocala first.
Had a great experience the sales team was nice and straight forward
When I arrived I was greeted cheerfully, politely and very respectfully by Carlos Valdez. He took my information double checked it with me. Then he got me set up with the shop manager so he could text drive the car so he would know what my concerns were. Carlos walked me to the waiting area and got me familiar with the coffee machine. My wait was a bit long yet it was a comfortable wait. They had to replace my rack and pinion, lived my strut tower assembly and aligned my car. When they brought it around they had washed it.
