I had my Lexus LS 500 serviced at RC Hill Ocala last Thursday. I cannot share enough accolades about the Service Department under the leadership of Carlos. The service was done fast with efficiency and care and with a great welcoming attitude from all. Carlos is outstanding! One of the best servicing dealerships in our state and we are proud to have them in our neighborhood. I wish them well.
I had an appointment scheduled at 2 PM to have one tire changed. I didn't leave there until 4:30. I've never seen it take so long to change. A tire from a donut to the correct tire
