Took my Suzuki KingQuad to RC Hill to have some modifications done. The guys in the service department went above and beyond for me and my machine! Bryan was an absolute pleasure to deal with at the counter. Scott is amazing... he custom made me a piece for my exhaust on his own time at his own house! I bought my 2019 trx 500 brand new from them paid cash for it out the door rode it put 12 hours on it then the top end blew which corporate of Honda does not cover it after I was told it’s not a manufacture defect that it was a dealer defect and guess who has to pay for it to be fixed the me the customer and no it wasn’t rode hard
great staff and service I went through Nick and he got me exactly what I was looking for and more thumbs up to him couldn't have picked a better sales rep I if I ever wanted to buy something else I would come back
A little late but I purchased a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. Travis was very helpful and responded quickly and professionally to every question. Every single staff member I encountered was very friendly and professional. Drove all the way from Aiken, SC to make this deal!
