RecommendedI have been attending a variety of classes for about a month at RC Health & Fitness. Across-the-board, the instructors and the clients are friendly and helpful. Great family like environment. Rotha is awesome and very welcoming. They offer a wide verity of classes that fits everyone’s needs. First class is free so come on in try it out and support a local business!! ☺️
This place is awesome! Always Warm & welcoming ! If new to working out great place to begin your journey! If need a challenge the instructors will give you just that! All levels!! Friendships bloom when you motivate each other at the gym! RC Health & Fitness is the best!!
I really enjoy the variety of classes and yoga! We have so much fun at 5:45 AM!
The best thing I have done is stick with Rotha for the past 9 years!
Rotha and her staff are amazing! The energy that fills the room is contagious. Regardless of your limitations, there is a class here for you - I guarantee it. Or, you may be like myself and modify when needed, which the instructors are always there to offer a modification. I truly love exercising there and getting the "push" I need without getting discouraged. Thank you Rotha!!
