Expert, friendly, reasonable hair care!
I reached out for a haircut and got a quick reply for an appointment. I showed Michelle a picture of my hair from last year - she asked questions to confirm my choices all along the way and gave me the perfect haircut! I absolutely enjoyed our conversation and I will definitely return!
I am going to do my best to be kind. Mady did my hair yesterday for one hour. I was charged $220 for roots and a dark toner on my old balayage. Essentially I went darker but she didn’t do much work. She justified her price by the amount of product she had to use. I understand that but this price and what I got just don’t match. I felt duped, I felt scammed.
