The dance fitness classes that you get at RC Fitnez (online and in-person) are the best in town---hands down. The music is dope and the choreography is fun and accessible. The enthusiasm and passion of Renee and her cadre of instructors are matched only by their desire for students to have a great workout and to have fun while doing it. If you like to stay fit and dancing is your preferred method for doing so, check out RC Fitnez Studio. You will not be disappointed!
