I called them for a strange request and they helped me out no questions asked. Ted helped me out and didn’t even charge me for what I needed. Nobody else in town carried these screws. I will absolutely go back for all my hardware needs.
None of the expected places had the screw I needed for my 1977 home shower handles. Jon was great and determined to help me out. He had me email photos of what I was I had. Great customer service. He found something in stock that would work perfectly. The quality of the fixtures I wanted to keep so I needed to find something that would replace the screw. I broke.
