I took my teenaged daughter to RC dental for a routine visit, and it was like taking a car in for an oil change and being told you need an alternator. They told my daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed, and not only that...it was a VERY URGENT case. If she didn't do it right away it would cause her great pain. Best dental office ever! Exactly what you would want; professional,knowledgeable, plus an amazing staff Doctor Habashy, Jen, Matt, Victor, Shannon, and some who I don't know their names, but so compassionate warm and friendly. So lucky to have found this office.
I have never been treated so bad. I went for an extraction. Dr. Michael apparently did not think I should have been referred since it was a small piece of my wisdom tooth. I didn’t refer myself.
RecommendedI seriously cannot say enough good things about our experiences here.. the staff the assistants, and the front desk. The doctors are simply amazing ! DON't GO HERE!!!!!! My treatment started over a year ago. I cracked both of my front teeth and I have had to go back 9 times since I first went in. They did a root canal in each tooth. Capped them both. Not only were they not put on straight one of them kept bothering me so they removed it and re did the cap. The cap was made out of the wrong material and I had to drive to the lab for them to figure out what they did wrong. When the correct cap was done. The staff is ridiculous. My son is autistic and just had his braces removed. We were waiting to set another appointment when he felt something on his face. He turned and started to look at his face in office glass door. One of the dental assistance immediately turns around and yells to my son don't go in there. I told her he was looking at what was on his face and she needed to go on about her day. What did you think he was going to do really? All these changes are not good for business.
