45% poor workmanship. Walked away from project as not able to do the construction work they claim to do. Garage and breezeway cost 60K with water leaking and destroying heated floor. I am very disappointed and it makes me sad to have to leave a negative review.

Ryan lied to me when he represented himself as a licensed contractor and capable of building our home. He had no builders license. In fact, the building inspector for Iron County has been trying to find him I have been told. We had to file a claim against his insurance because he left our home unfinished and most everything done awful. His insurance company after sending an independent adjuster that noted more than 500 flaws and incorrectly done work, settled with us.
