I had an amazing experience here! Another shop told me I had a loose transmission mount and tried to quote me an expensive repair. I brought my car to RC Bratcher for a second opinion, and they were completely honest with me — nothing was wrong with my car at all. Their honesty, professionalism, and integrity saved me a huge unnecessary expense. It’s rare to find a repair shop that truly puts the customer first, but RC Bratcher absolutely does. I will bring all my vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend!

Nah this place is not it. I believe them to be incompetent with car repairs or slimy penny pinchers. I've used them quite a few times and EVERY single time I am bringing the car back about a month later to fix the same issue, or something very closely related. If you are looking for a money sink let RC Bratcher slap a band-aid on it
