I was semi disappointed with the level of service provided. I placed an order on 1/30 before noon and on 2/2, I sent an email to confirm status. I received an email response stating my order was shipping that day, as all items showed in stock. Later that evening, I received a call stating that the battery I ordered was not in stock and they had a similar battery available that they could ship and was cheaper.
