RecommendedCame into town for work this week and rented a bike to check out the Loop. Incredibly warm, welcoming staff. Hooked me up with everything I needed, cared about the route I took and when I was coming back, and made sure I knew where I was going. Awesome experience and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Tucson.
Great service, great prices, and amazing people who run the joint !! I highly recommend this shop because they are reliable and honest and they just know how to take care of a customer. Highly skilled and lots of bike knowledge. If they don’t have it in stock, they will get it for you . Thank you guys for your many years of excellent service !
Their in-store communication could use some help- I was quoted a price and had to tell everyone I dealt with what I was quoted - Then I was almost charged an extra 100 bucks- I still ended up paying over 50 what I was quoted - I appreciate them trying to give me a deal in the beginning but then having that bite me in the ass later hurts worse- when I only budget to spend 75-85 and end up spending 130 - i can't afford this shop :(
Had a very good experience at RC bikes today! The customer service was awesome! The salesman made sure I had everything I needed at the price I was looking for. 10/10 would shop again
The staff were very helpful and friendly! The bikes we rented were in great condition, by far the best bikes we have ever rented. They also had a bike that fit perfectly for our 7 year old daughter. I highly recommend RC Bicycles!
