I’ve taken my car here a few times for minor issues and never had a problem. However, my recent experience was very disappointing. I brought my car in for a transmission repair, and I was initially told it would be ready two days after the part arrived. Instead, my car sat there for almost a month without any work being done. Each time I called for an update, I barely got an answer and when I did the start date was pushed back. Ultimately, the shop never fixed the issue, and I had to have my car towed to another mechanic.
Do not look a serious business with a nasty odor to dog at the office during business hours
Such great mechanics. Richard & Richard Sr. are top notch. We're loyal repeat customers & I highly recommend. Extremely fair prices & superior work.
Very responsive and easy to talk to. Takes great care of their customers. Will come back here for any other issues with my vehicle!
