I had a phone consultation with RBS Wig Studio. The session went well and I was able to choose a wig I was happy with. She was very informative and answered my every question. Overall, I am satisfied with this Wig Studio.
I had a good experience. I went knowing nothing about wigs or toppers. Came away knowing much more. Still unsure if I can pull it off though. UPDATE: I NEVER RECEIVED THE TOPPER WHICH COST OVER $800. THE OWNER CLOSED HER SHOP IN FREDERICK. I WAS IN COMMUNICATION WITH HER ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2021. SHE ADVISED ME THAT MY REFUND WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH. I HAVE REACHED OUT VIA EMAIL AND LEFT PHONE MESSAGE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS- NO RESPONSE.
