William Cruz with RBS Roofing has help me several times with my home roof. The first was after a hurricane where shingles were blown off. After calling several roofing companies, RBS was the only one who helped me. Several years later, William oversaw my roof being replaced with new roofing and today he had a bad shingle replaced. I will always call William with RBS Roofing for all my roof needs.
Poor communication from our project team. Contacted several times with no response. Roofers broke two exterior lights and roofing nails damaged 7 screens on lanai. RBS did make that right. Fencing subcontractors had to come back three times to fix the fence. Gutters were done well. Overall, not a great experience. Communication from our project team may have made this review better.
Randy Goff is the worst sales rep I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. With much regret, we handed him our roof insurance claim based on an HOA recommendation. Our insurance company covered 100% (over $30K) of the roof expense. Yet with all his years of experience, he still found a way to foul things up. No. Just no. My first communication was with Cody. He gives nothing but excuses…a lot of excuses. It took forever to get the “water leak test”. Next was Alberto. Worse. Always blaming “‘the company”. First contact was November, 2024. Repair date, February 10, 2025. I will admit, I had a small job…total cost, $1394. Still, no excuse for bad service.
