this company is closed and my less than a year old heat pump has a refrigerant leak. So have to spend over $1500 to fix what they did less than a year ago and the company is no longer around. Bad business and costly for me.

Excellent service, our house would not cool down. Apparently the company that installed our AC 5 years ago never put enough coolant in it. It’s never worked so good. My husband was very impressed with the service we received.

I called RBMK to inspect and tune up our furnace before the winter. Jorge was on time and provided a detailed explanation on what he saw during the inspection. Jorge explained to me that our furnace was 21 years old and due to an issue he discovered with the heat exchanger, it was probably best to get a new furnace installed. I had several questions and Jorge answered them all thoroughly and went over all our options to resolve the issue. Outstanding customer service at a fair price. Jorge is the man, he's honest, show's up when he promises, and won't try to sell you on more than what you need to fix your problem, like so many other companies do. They've done mundane work for me, like seasonal tune-ups of my AC units, to a major upgrade of one of my AC units. I've dealt with a few other AC & Heating companies here in KC, but RBMK shines above them all.
