After working with the Service Manager I will change my review with RPM. Craig is going above and beyond to help me with my issues. I will move them to 3 stars until I get my car back and the work completed. I am hopefully I will get my repairs done to the high standard they have alwayys held.
HORRIBLE experience. Gave me a brand new service advisor who was clueless and does not listen. Didn't address my issues and only focused on non-issues. $1400 for an oil change!! Never be back!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Mercedes-Benz dealership. I purchased a 2024 GLS 450, a vehicle that costs around $100,000, with the expectation that Mercedes-Benz would stand behind its product. Instead, this dealership appears to operate with warranty denial as the default response, not as a last resort. I wasn’t going to place a review, last time I got harassment but when I saw another customer with same issue I decided to write it. This RBM service are absolute crooks. Couple of years back they kept recommending me more and more fixes for my sprinter. By the end was 5-6k cost with no fix. Truly should be criminal!
6200 into a 10,000 dollar vehicle to fix ac. They cannot figure out how to fix but still bill 6200. Absolute crooks!
