Wow, this guy showed up unannounced to my house, drove on my grass and took the leftover shingles. When I asked for a flat of shingles to remain, he told me no. We paid for those supplies, so he had no right to come and take them
When the owner of rbk came out he seemed professional and descent but everything we talked about was out the door from not parking on the yard to trash all over the yard and saying they would be there around a certain timeframe which was atleast a couple hrs late or off from time they said which I wasn’t concern with the timeframe and the workers seem very unprofessional and they weren’t rbk s guys it was universal roofing’s guys from prattville and I had to tell them kinda wat to do they poorly installed a fascia board and ... read more
Very professional. The guys were very good and I think my yard was cleaner when they left. Saved me alot of money and worked with my insurance company.
These guys are inattentive on the road - cutting people off and not using their blinkers and such. If you’re gonna have business info on your car, drive like your business is dependent on it.
