Great people to work with and for
RBD was a pretty good place to work, it has strong work culture that focus on respect, safety and excellence. There is plenty of training available, the company will pay for your training courses and opportunity for advancement. The work can be long hours, and lots of work, but it is also rewarding and full of learning opportunities. Overall, fast paced, great people, and very ethical.
Overall I would say that RBD Construction was a good place to work. I only worked on one job with them at the Edmonton Valley Zoo and it was fast paced, exciting and the hours were good.
