Not a Welcoming Bank , Branch Manager Mahir should take the customer service course again ! Thought of bringing my business to Rbc but was a horrible experience walking in to this Branch or may be with the Branch Manager. Don’t waste your time with him. I sensed Racism from him. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience. I never submit reviews.
The RBC advisor Nabeel Khan needs some serious training. He has no clue about anything and has such an attitude. RBC needs to do better.
The worst staff you could imagine. They are clueless, and unwilling to do their job. And they hardly speak english. This branch should be shut down. It’s a stain on the face of RBC. If I could put zero star, or minus 5 stars, i would.
Been in there multiple times and they haven't been able to help me with any personal, business or US account stuff. Might as well be just ATMs because that's all they seem to be able to do service for.
