The worst staff you could imagine. They are clueless, and unwilling to do their job. And they hardly speak english. This branch should be shut down. It’s a stain on the face of RBC. If I could put zero star, or minus 5 stars, i would.
Been in there multiple times and they haven't been able to help me with any personal, business or US account stuff. Might as well be just ATMs because that's all they seem to be able to do service for.
If you have any banking questions DO NOT GO HERE. They absolutely know nothing about banking. Save your time and go to a real branch with knowledgeable people.
Racist not professional. I opened business account and the lady asked me if she can see my personal account (on different branch) what on it pretending asking if it is outstanding even they do check credit before opening any account. Never asked that question before. Well glad it is not the only bank in the area.
