staff at this location is very welcoming and helpful. I used to go to main branch thinking this branch is appointments only. Useless bank in a useless location. Cashless bank with no drive-thru
I rarely if ever submit a review but the service I received from Amanjit Sharma at the Bayside RBC Branch warranted such an exception. My RBC account was hacked multiple times over a two month period causing me to go into the branch multiple times and meet with her. Each time she went above and beyond and spent hours on the phone with the fraud and other departments to help resolve my issues. Recently I visited this location where I had wonderful experience, from the greetings of three beautiful ladies at the front to the best manager interaction. This location is the best to obtain exceptional client experience without any lineups they helped me right away with my banking issues. I love the setup, not at all like a traditional branch but they offer all the services except cash for which they have ATM's. Highly recommend!
