ATM Vestibule went from 24 hours to closing at 11. That's fine, but they put up a sign sending you to the Kennedy Branch for a 24 hour ATM. Go to the Kennedy branch, they're closed with a sign sending you to Grangeway. Wasting people's gas and time. This is not the only experience I've had with them not caring about people's time and money. Pulling every account I have on Monday this bank's a mess. I opened a student banking account at this location, specifically to take advantage of the advertised AirPods offer. I asked the employee assisting me twice whether I could close the account before the first year ends without being charged, and she confirmed that I could. Later, in front of the Assistant General Manager, I asked again, and the AGM contradicted the employee and said I could not, but by then my account was already created. Very disappointed with the service at this RBC branch. I came on July 12, 2025 at 3:54 p.m. to get a bank draft and explained my situation clearly to a white lady wearing a blue shirt. She was extremely rude and dismissive — she did not care about my request at all and acted like she didn’t want to help me just because of who I am.
