Despicable branch. I don’t know how this branch is still considered acceptable to operate. I entered through the door at 3:57 (closing time was 4). Before entering, I asked the person at the door if they are still open and if I could come in, knowing that I was cutting it close. They said yes they are open and I could come in. Seeing the people at the queue, one of the tellers said something along the lines of “wow so funny, all day no one comes, and right at 4pm everyone shows up”. The tone wasn’t acceptable, far from it. This is the worst RBC bank ever, Hoda and especially her manager is so rude and can't even explain and speak english in a professional way. The worst ever. don't come to this branch. This is the first time i had a bad experience with RBC bank... I will cancel my account immediately because of those staff. Worst service ever.
