Always a line up with only 2 tellers . Doesn't matter what time of day or what day , need to have more tellers . Terrible customer service 😔
Worst branch ever. I do not know who the teller was, but the uncaring and blatant disinterest was horrid. I am seriously reconsidering banking with RBC.
This has been my RBC branch for almost 2 decades. I experienced long lines sometimes, but all the tellers that serviced me have been always professional and courteous. I met Simona, the assistant branch manager last year. She took time on the spot to help me with some issues I had to solve, although I didn't have an appointment.
