Absolutely awful service. My wife went in today to open a bank account. The guy was very rude. Wife told him “I’ll just go open one at TD” the guy said “yup go ahead and do that” in a snarky tone. Awful branch.
Terrible experience at this branch. Came in to deposit a bank draft from another bank and the customer service rep was very rude. Then told me my draft will have a 4 business day hold. I told them that at the other branch where I usually go, they waive the hold. I have a persona and 2 business accounts with RBC with fairly large balances, no debts. Quick and smooth.. nice people
They've locked my personal account, I went to this branch and verified my identity and they said it's gonna work within 5 business days. I told them I'll go out of Canada following week they assured me not worry. It's been 2 weeks still I can't access my account, I'm not in the country and my financial situation is a mess now. This location is full with unprofessional employees who doesn't concentrate on what they're doing. #avoid_rbc.
