I had a great experience at the RBC branch on 3090 Kingston Road, especially thanks to Warun. Even though the system was down, he spent about 20 minutes patiently helping us. We were having an online banking issue, and he kindly answered all of our questions, took the time to understand the problem, and found a solution for us. Hi, I went to this branch with my elderly mother today. Front CSR was so lovely, caring, knowledgeable employee( women), I have ever seen, as well as another tall gentleman. He is so gentle, caring, understanding person, kind hearted person, I have ever met. I pray and hope the best for these 2 employees as well as for this branch people. The staff has poor knowledge about international money transfer. Every attempt to resolve the issue became a cycle of delays. Speaking directly with technical support was impossible; the only available option was to contact front-line banking staff who, despite their efforts, lacked the tools and knowledge to assist. Very good bank and service wasome
I wish I could give this branch more starts, since it has wonderful employees who really go the extra mile to help (sorry, I missed the name of the person I wanted to shout out to). But then there are people like Nalayini Vignabalan (Nala) who has to be the worst Mortgage broker I have ever interacted with. She just ghosted me after she figured out I was not going to follow her suggestion of getting a fake gift letter from a friend.
