I did the mistake of not checking the review before coming here. I am very surprised it even has 2 stars. Terrible service , i was practically begging to open up an account. The manager was nice and accommodating since i didn’t have an appointment (didn’t know i needed one) he asked an “advisor” to help me. He came to me and said “You! Come” i don’t think this is how you are supposed to treat customers, when i confronted him about it he started denying it and changing he words but his tone remained the same. Staff very bad un educators no respect to the customer.
Few times at this branch, always long line ups, 2 tellers open their wickets, very very slow service as well, avoid going there if it possible.
Worst branch very rude un professional staff with bad behavior, a branch teller was passing our information to the other people who were waiting in the Line. instead of solving our problem they were taking it personal and mess with it. Mr. Bhavesh Patel & Teller Fatimeh was giving unnecessary hard time and instead of solving the problem made it a big issue which was not an issue at all. i wish i could give them zero star.
Branch needs to fix their drive through area! Super narrow and difficult to maneuver. More importantly someone broke the cover on the pin pad in drive-through, making number entry very visible to the vehicle/person behind you! Has been like this for over a month.
