It was there 5 minutes before closing @ 4:55 p.m., they already did not let customers in. I speeded to the next RY branch in 5 minutes and I got in. Please take a hard look at the customer service attitude of this branch! I went to this branch again today. I reconfirm my opinion about this branch. The line up is more than 12 customers, plus 5 customers sitting on the bench waiting for their "planners/advisors".
