I had a very disappointing experience at this RBC branch. I waited for over an hour just to be helped, and when I finally spoke with the customer service advisor and the branch manager, neither of them were willing to assist me. The advisor seemed more interested in chatting with the manager than helping customers, and the manager herself was dismissive and preoccupied, even leaving for lunch instead of addressing my issue. Wanted a Financial Advisor and went to Yousef Fattahi. We are both very happy to say that he answered all our questions and directed us with our financial planning experience very efficiently. He always returns your call in a very timely manner even if he is on vacation, of which he did many times. I highly recommend him for a well done job.
