I had a great experience with my personal banking at this RBC branch, especially with Farzana Mitu. She helped me extend my student account after noticing it was going to expire this month, and she also assisted me in switching my savings account to a non-interest account for religious reasons. Rude and arrogant individuals in this branch,often speak without respect, dismiss other people’s feelings, and behave as though they are own the bank. Their words can hurt others, these kind of persons create an uncomfortable environment both, personally and professionally.
This location has only 2 wickets open all the time. A worker will come at you and ask for some help, but doesn't really help. Basically, they just want a conversation if they can move you to the ATM machine if possible.
