Worst branch location!
Very bad experience with this branch of RBC just today. We found out later that the one who helped us was an “Intern”. Had printed a pretty bad bank draft that even other branch of RBC had to get 2-3 approvals to return us the money. We had to rush through traffic to get our rental deposit done as this branch closed at 5 pm. Even charged 10$ for the bank draft. I would not be visiting this branch again. I truly hope it wasn’t because of racial discrimination.
I have a very good and realistic experience at this branch , worker name Farzana, she is very helpful for customers, say hi, hello, and how can I help you with eye contract, its impressive. she did solve my expectation, Thanks again
