Very bad experience, the guy name Jeremy was super rude. He has no manners in customer service at all. Wonder why he still can sit at front desk to serve clients. Never come back again!
Manu George at RBC Grangeway deserves five stars. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable about banking. When he didn’t know an answer, he honestly said so, researched, and followed up with accurate information. That honesty and follow-through show the branch hires great people.
