Great experience with Surjit at this branch. Had to modify a couple of our accounts and Surjit was very helpful in the process pointing out the pros and cons to different options available to me. She did not pressure us into decisions on the spot. She is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. In case clients doing business with the bank are not aware, the parking ticket can be validated by bank staff.
Very bad experience, the guy name Jeremy was super rude. He has no manners in customer service at all. Wonder why he still can sit at front desk to serve clients. Never come back again!
Manu George at RBC Grangeway deserves five stars. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable about banking. When he didn’t know an answer, he honestly said so, researched, and followed up with accurate information. That honesty and follow-through show the branch hires great people. I’m very happy to bank with this branch. Thanks again to Manu for assisting me!
