Why is there no staff at this branch? Just one person to deal with a lineup.
Worst place ever — I asked to use the washroom just for a quick pee, and they told me it’s on the 4th floor and I need to get the key from the manager. No basic manners at all — I even explained my mother-in-law couldn’t hold it, but they didn’t care.
One of the main RBC offices, and located in the heart area of Scarborough. Seems more busy, and the traffic is complicated than other areas. Parking fee is like 7 CAD.
I got very good service, Benson baby was very nice, he did my work in a very good way, it is very helpful, I had to face many problems because of the credit card, but he is the one who solved all my problems, thank you so much.
