I visited the branch today to reset my Visa PIN. It was fairly busy, as can be expected on the last Friday of the month and for RSP last minute business. When it came to my turn at the front of the line the advisor had to leave for his break. I was impressed that he came right up to me and thanked me for waiting and apologized for having to close. It was such a gesture of genuine caring that I appreciated. Thank you.

To be clear, this is a review on RBC hillside not RBC in general or especially not RBC Oak Bay which has always been terrific. I have banked with RBC since I was 5 years old. So I was very excited to apply for a Line of Credit for Medical School.
