Absolutely dreadful service, both from RBC as well as Visa credit card. My wife’s and my own Visa were compromised in fraudulent transactions, as a result we had no access online or by phone to our Visa credit cards. We waited 11 days for useless card replacements, Visa issued the cards but prevented us from activating them, either in the app, by phone or online!! There was a short wait for the ATM. Entrance was clean and uncluttered, parking is abundant.
I am very disappointed with the service at this bank. It makes me question whether they are truly capable of handling even the most basic banking tasks, and I no longer feel confident that my money is safe here. I had to visit the branch three separate times just to open an account for my daughter. Even after the bank confirmed that the account had been opened, I never received the card—even after more than a month.
