There was a short wait for the ATM. Entrance was clean and uncluttered, parking is abundant.
I am very disappointed with the service at this bank. It makes me question whether they are truly capable of handling even the most basic banking tasks, and I no longer feel confident that my money is safe here. I had to visit the branch three separate times just to open an account for my daughter. Even after the bank confirmed that the account had been opened, I never received the card—even after more than a month. Im 70 tryed 5 time over 5 years to lower intrest from 20% on cretit cards so I coud pay them off would not help a retired person on limited income just really bad people in all RBC Banks Never do any banking there Go to Coast Capital they are there to help people
Poor service. Screwed our mortgage up and took weeks for them to fix it. No calls or emails received back when we sent them. Will be changing banks next time we need to remortgage
If I could give negative numbers I absolutely would, I have been a customer at RBC since I was 12 years old. Bringing my time with them to 31 years. As far as banking in Canada goes there are no good options. But RBC is one of the worst. They have lost sight of what customer service is, they do not care, there policies screw over innocent people, and their policies when a loved one passes are designed to scrape as much of the estate from the family as they possibly can making them nearly impossible to deal with unless you wa... read more
