Carrie Ann was condescending in her interactions with clients and very rude. It really seems like she does not like her job in any way. Her coworkers also seemed put off by her. I get people have off days but I've been in here before and had the same situation. I would suggest something not with people? That may be more suitable?
Absolutely dreadful service, both from RBC as well as Visa credit card. My wife’s and my own Visa were compromised in fraudulent transactions, as a result we had no access online or by phone to our Visa credit cards. We waited 11 days for useless card replacements, Visa issued the cards but prevented us from activating them, either in the app, by phone or online!! To aggravate matters even further, the clerk answering the phone was unable to speak proper English or spell!!! We were instructed to go to the bank (went altogeth... read more
