terribly slow. please hire more people. it doesn’t matter what time of day i come here, it’s always a minimum of a 20 minute wait.
If you do not provide help related to credit cards, please mention this on your website and also post a notice in your branches. I waited in line for 30-40 minutes, and when it was my turn, your employee said they could not help me. Their typing speed was also very slow; I don't think it was even 30 words per minute.
